Wit a great sorrow we inform you that the founder of the Erasmus programme, Domenico Lenarduzzi, passed away this week. He also played a key role for SEFI. Read a repost of his interview from 2011. "All students should have access to excellence, regardless of race, religion and economic situation, exactly what happened to me. The mobility of teachers and students would offer this opportunity." We offer our sincere condolences to his family and his close ones. |
The EU’s next framework programme, Horizon Europe, is due to start in just over a year. But while its broad shape is settled, political wrangling over budget and participation rights means researchers are still unclear over their future funding prospects. The negotiations will continue in 2020. |
The resolution deals with the role of future-oriented education and training systems in the context of the ongoing discussions on the future of Europe as well as in the implementation of the New Strategic Agenda 2019-2024 adopted by the European Council in June 2019.
